AiKon provides an AI-powered customer support platform for e-commerce businesses, including an AI conversational agent, knowledge base management, e-commerce integrations, analytics, and team collaboration tools on a subscription basis.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage or impair the service. Unauthorized access attempts, automated abuse, and excessive API usage beyond plan limits are prohibited.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Overage is billed at your plan's per-message rate.
For Shopify merchants, billing is handled exclusively through the Shopify Billing API. All charges appear on your Shopify invoice. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time from your Shopify admin or the AiKon dashboard.
AiKon owns the service, software, and documentation. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiKon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate at any time. Cancel from your dashboard or uninstall the app from Shopify. Upon uninstallation, your store connection is immediately deactivated and billing is canceled. All data is permanently deleted within 48 hours via Shopify's data erasure webhook.
We may update these terms with notice via email or dashboard. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
